On the nose the Syrah expression on this wine releases an intense bouquet of blackcurrant, raspberry, blackberry and violet. Alcoholic heat and Oak are not truly perceived on this vintage.
On the palate, the wine is extremely well balanced with ripe olive, herbs, and plum notes with the tannins integrating very nicely. The finish is moderate as it should be expected. The wine is undervalued, a great purchase and now on its way into our cellar.
