The IW&FS Toronto Branch had a simply exquisite Italian evening at the Sopra Upper Lounge. Therefore light heated fare is in order with the advent of the summer weather. We have invented the Summer Sillies a simple BBQ but with the best Bovine Wafers that money can buy. A Casual evening of flowing food Cold Smoked Atlantic Salmon expertly Carved by our Chris Tierney, Salads by our President Martha Russel, Bovine Wafers expertly cooked by Diane Quinlan and you could have them any way you like,. Thank you Diane! Mine was delicious. The event was held at the cold water walk-up of Diana Burke and our treasurer.
The Best part was Ed Francis who presented the best adult Gelato in Canada. Yes, made with Wine!
