Our esteemed member Ed Lazarus has once again assembled an outstanding wine selection for our Friday night “Black Tie” Bordeaux evening and our sensational Saturday DRC luncheon. Our events are always held at Wolfgang Puck’s legendary Spago Beverly Hills Restaurant. Wolfgang always dazzles us from start to finish with his spectacular Hors d’oeuvre followed by course after course of his special dishes featuring the freshest ingredients available. The menu is never announced in advance, until two days before the event, in order for him to make his final special selections for our group.
We are fortunate indeed to have a well preserved cellar of outstanding wines collected over a three and a half decades. Every bottle impeccably preserved in perfect storage conditions. We have had the great fortune of flawless presentations at our prior events, and members and guests have been delighted at the quality of our rare vintage selections.
