Our Black Tie IWFS Toronto Valentine’s event was held at a Toronto Private Club amongst the sumptuous surroundings of the last century. We were welcomed to an opening reception in front of an open fire in the foyer of the club. We were kindly invited to tour their magnificent wine cellar, probably one of the best in the city.
The meal, prepared by Executive Chef Jason Thede, was quite simply superb and not over whelming being matched with aplomb by Our Cellar Master Marcel Bregstein.
