The IW&FS Toronto Branch and the Toronto Lawn Tennis Club hosted an extraordinary food and wine pairing learning experience of 9 different foods and 18 different wines. A lot of grass ware was used. This was a marvellous taste extravaganza for the educated pallet, or more so to deduce what works and what doesn’t.
Marcel Bregstein was the lead for this event as he carried us through the subtle differences of the various combinations and taste sensations.
Now, the question is..Will I remember it?
