Cūrātus is one of Toronto’s newest private wine clubs. Chef Andrew Carleton Smith will be our host for the evening. Andrew began with a history of “Curating” underground private dining experiences around the country with his “Once” Supper Club Dinner Series. Now above-ground, he hosts and cooks daily for his clients and their wine collections. Andrew is a regular cultural contributor on Global National News, CBC, and Canadian Morning Shows and has his own live program on HYR LIVE. He has previously been chef for Toronto’s Commanderie du Canada of the Confrérie des Chevaliers du Tastevin.
