Goa will customize the 10 course Omakase a bit due to the non availability of seasonal ingredients. Below are the changes which we will be accommodating for IWFS Toronto :
– Short Rib Vindaloo will be replaced with champaran maas (goat curry)
– Edamame paani puri will be replaced with regular veg. paani puri.
– Edamame dumplings would be replaced with veg. dumplings
– Duck Masala fry will be replaced with Chicken Pepper Fry
IWFS and Bar Goa will be an exciting fusion of Western and Eastern culture and food. This is a 10 course meal, a dining experience featuring New Age Indian cuisine combined with great IWFS wines. Come and lose yourself here at this MICHELIN guide restaurant!
Our approach at this pairing dinner will be slightly unusual but fun, and perhaps you’ll learn something new about your palate.
We’re going to pour five wines, which you will have in front of you for all of the dishes. You get to tell us which of these wines would be your go to at your next Bar Goa experience.
The event is strictly limited to 24 guests, so, first come first served. If we are sold out you will be wait listed and notified if space becomes available.
