The IW&FS Toronto Branch and Frank’s Kitchen one of Toronto’s hot new restaurants hosted an event exclusively for the IWFS and their guests. WOW what an evening!
The opening of oysters Rockefeller and lobster mousse was virtually inhaled by the ravenous guests expertly presented and passed by nothing other than fully professional wait staff. I have to say the service was superb, truly professional and knowledgable. The course presentations were artistically and visually enticing being creative enough to be whimsical. Frank and his very able kitchen staff operating in very tight space pulled it all together with such aplomb they should be giving staff synergy courses.
Many accolades were given at the conclusion of the dinner.
The smoothness with which the entire operation ran was right up there with well oiled machinery always under the watchful eye of Shawn Cooper, the Front of the house, full of charm and savoir faire with 20 years in the business.
