The IW&FS Toronto Branch and Ruby WatchCo provided a rustic but elegant ambiance for a superb tasting and dinner with a true hands n experience in food preparation under the watchful guidance of Lynn Crawford. The opening Salvo of dinner was expertly prepared by Sally Doulis, Marcel Bregstein and Phil Russel with a saucy addition of our esteemed president Martha Russel. The Main course was a truly solid local expression of november ingredients and superb All Canadian beef,
Many accolades were given at the conclusion of the dinner. Expertly served by the equestrian quick and totally unobtrusive table staff who augment life hat Ruby WatchCo when not being Thespians.
