The TLTC exceeded all expectations for this event. I was overwhelmed by the kudos that we received at the end. Carlene out did herself in both quality and presentation. The tone of the event was clearly set early on with the simply delicious Canapés a richness of luxurious decadence that set the calibre for the rest of the evening. The TLTC is very lucky to have Carlene!
The serving staff deserve the highest complement of excellence and professionalism, they are well trained and did everything, as far as I could see, perfectly. The true sign of excellence in service is never having to ask for anything while at table.
The success of the event and open atmosphere of the setup was demonstrated by the lingering of the members post dinner. The IW&FS members normally flee after dinner, but here, your staff made everyone feel welcome and they stayed......
I know this event was a hard slog to see it to fruition, but TLTC made it happen without a hitch and I thank you! I must say the room and spaciousness was perfect. Tables of 6 is so much better than 8 by virtue that you can talk to all sitting guests at your table. A very good choice.
The final dinner count was 26. Thank you again for an immensely successful event and persevering with the project. I must say the dedication and focused manner in which the TLTC staff went forward with this event was a pleasure and I look forward to doing it again in the not too distant future.
Sincerely,
Robert Henderson
