IWFS Toronto’s Fall wine tasting will be held in the heart of Mount Pleasant Village (midtown Toronto) – within the walls of Domaine MaMo, a warm and hospitable restaurant.
Domaine MaMo reflects the French-Italian regional cuisine of the Domaine/region encapsulating Marseille to San Remo – in particular, it emanates the diverse gastronomic influences of the Maritime Alps and the Mediterranean coastline. MaMo is also a creative combination of the Italian word, il mare, meaning “sea” and the French word, la montagne, meaning “mountain”.
Owner, Robert Prete, has been a restaurateur in Midtown Toronto for three decades and a chef who has worked in Michelin-starred restaurants across France. Inspired by French-Italian regional cuisine, Domaine MaMo prides itself on using seasonal produce that is mostly sourced within Ontario.

Domaine MaMo owner, Robert Prete.
The menu for our October 6th wine tasting has been carefully crafted by the three talented minds of: Robert Prete, Master Chef Dider Leroy, and sous-chef Clayton Conrad. Inspired by Provence and Piemonte, and using a great combination of the freshest ingredients, IWFS will be treated to a harmony of flavours on Thursday, October 6th, at Domaine MaMo.
