The IW&FS Toronto Branch had a simply great evening at Catch Restaurant. After all the heavies of Christmas and New Years, it was a pleasant respite to indulge in the richness of subtle flavours of fresh Oysters, Lobster Crepes, Tuna, Nova Scotia Arctic Char, loin of Lamb and just one decadent desert, all accompanied by some of the crisp and clean white wines of our cellar selected by the adroit hand of our Cellar Master Marcel Bregstein.
Yes were all of superb quality and in most cases were unique bottles that would be impossible to buy today.
