This event is what IWFS is all about! Exploration of some of the delicate flavours of South Asia Cuisine. Our city is full of mediocre restaurants featuring South Asian food. Pukka is a true exception demonstrating some of the finest subtleness of what is and can be the best the continent has to offer. You combine the artistic workmanship that goes in to preparing each dish combined with the knowledge of the explosion of flavours. What a treat! It is hard at best to combine wines with each of the dishes but Our Rob Reynolds handled the job with great aplomb and all the choices were no less than perfect and not the usual last defence of serving only sweet wines. Rob, I am Impressed. Well done!
If you missed it, i’m sorry because this event was a stretch from the ordinary and truly was an exploration of “world cuisine” and what a success. Thank you Supriya and Rob you get many accolades. BTW i’m going back to PUKKA.
