IWFS TORONTO’S JANUARY 30th WINE TASTING AT THE CHEF’S HOUSE, GEORGE BROWN COLLEGE.

The IWFS Toronto Board and the student-run The Chef’s House (George Brown College) have designed a gastronomical expedition for members that will take place in the heart of Old Town Toronto on Monday, January 30th, 2023.
Unlike the organization of previous wine tastings, whereby wines from our impressive cellar were matched with suggested menus from the chefs of hosting restaurants, your Board decided to reverse this process and asked The Chef’s House to create a menu based upon our list of wines to be poured on January 30th. Hence, in anticipation of our gathering, Chef Missy Hui and students from George Brown College’s Chef School —in conjunction with its School of Hospitality and Tourism Management— have worked diligently to create this tantalizing menu. These students shall be either working in the kitchen or front of house for our January event.
