Such is the price to pay for Toronto’s exquisite revival of the tasting menu under the leadership of brilliant young chef Patrick Kriss (Auberge du Pommier, Daniel Boulud New York, Troisgros, Splendido) and general manager Amanda Bradley (Pazzo Ristorante, Stratford Chefs’ School, La Grenouillère, Montreuil-sur-mer, George).
