Coppi’s Ristorante
The tasting was an immense success with approximately 25 members in attendance. Our Cellar Master lead the group through a fascinating discussion of the comparisons in the different categories and was eloquently presented. In the end members were split as to which were better wines with an edge to new world, but then that may be understandable as we are new world.
The tasting was complimented with a fine light seafood creation lending its self perfectly to the Strewn Reserve served expertly by the discrete Coppi staff.
